Here I go, sharing yet another post on grieving. However, I'd like our friends to know I am very sincere when I say I do so, not merely to indulge my own grief or plead for more sympathy (though I know many of our lovely friends would be more than fine with it, even if I were!). In just the past two to three months, no less than three families we know have been struck by the suicide of a child or sibling! I think PART of the ministry the Lord may have for us in these latter years of my life is to help raise awareness as to how we can ALL minister more compassionately and effectively to those hit hard by this very personal, terribly devastating type of loss. It is with that burden on my heart I share these very informative and caring words.
